The Riviera Hotel Bournemouth is the perfect environment for business. With flexible conference and training rooms that can accommodate 8–200 delegates, we can cater for a variety of corporate events, meetings, and exhibitions. Our helpful and friendly staff will be on hand to take care of your needs, and even a business meeting can be a pleasure! Our lovely venue location also enables a quick stroll along the prom for a breath of fresh air between sessions, or why not take advantage of our Leisure Club with Indoor Pool, Spa Bath and Studio Gym (free to day delegate guests or residential guests only). The conference rooms feature natural daylight and air conditioning. With all conferences, we can provide: free Wi-Fi, projector & screen, free parking, flipchart, whiteboard, pens & pads, PA & microphone. Our delegate packages all include room hire.
Mauretania Suite
Our largest conference space is located on the lower ground floor with easy level access, a private entrance from the car park, and a dedicated cloakroom area. The room is fully air-conditioned and includes access to a private bar (if required), guest toilets, and an accessible toilet located in the lobby. With capacity for up to 200 guests, this spacious venue is perfect for Christmas parties, wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, conferences, and corporate events.

Britannic Suite
Located on the ground floor, this bright and welcoming room benefits from plenty of natural light, making it a popular choice for more intimate parties and meetings. Accommodating up to 70 guests, the Britannic offers a private and quiet setting while still being conveniently close to the hotel’s main facilities.

Cunarder Restaurant
The Cunarder Restaurant is a flexible space that can be utilised for private and group lunches, afternoon meetings, and private functions, with evenings offered subject to availability. It also works perfectly as a breakout dining space for delegates using one of our larger function rooms, providing a relaxed setting for lunch during meetings and conferences.
